9 rds of DU (thought it said 15 DUs instead of 18 DUs, oops) 8 rds of KBS @ 1.5 pood 1 rds of Toes to bar @ 6 reps. Failed miserably on second set, so subbed laying toes to bar/leg raises while holding weighted oly bar & did 7 rds(didn't have any other ideas for subbing that component)
