15 pull-ups
15 ring dips
Rest as necessary and the complete part 2
Part 2:
50 reps of deadlift for time (95 pounds)

Focus on maintaining good form on the deadlift. Here is a video you should watch before you start to give you some ideas on proper deadlift form:
Amanda - Part 1 4:58. First round I did all unassisted pull ups. Second round I did 11 assisted pull ups and the third round I did 10 assisted pull ups.

Megan - Part 1 5:04. First round did 5 with the blue band. Second round did 7 with blue band and others with green. Last round did 4 with blue band and the rest with green.
