Tabata Day

Set a tabata timer on your iPhone.  You will do 8 rounds of each of these (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest).  You can rest no more than 1 minute between exercises.

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Burpees

Your score is the lowest number of reps completed on any round of each exercise. (i.e. 5 push-ups + 6 sit-ups + 10 squats + 5 burpees would be a score of 26)
